All Texas Health and Human Services offices and contractors that provide face-to-face services must display certain civil rights-related HHS posters. In addition to the HHS poster, the HHS program office and contractors responsible for managing the USDA program must also display the USDA "Justice for All" poster.

These posters inform clients and customers:

Posters should be posted in places where customers and the public can easily see, such as lobby, waiting room, front desk, and places where people apply for and receive HHS services.

Print each poster on 8.5 inches x 11 inches paper and post them in prominent places in public areas, including lobby, waiting room, front desk, and places where people apply for or receive services.
